The Importance Of Having A Good Training Program - 1608 Words

The other thing that really caught my eye reading about career development was explaining the importance of having a good training program in place. This helps the employee take the initiative and enroll into training programs to help with their development. This can really help the employee not only learn about new things about their job, but could also help in teaching other jobs that you didn’t realize you like and could open door to other opportunities.
